Бидж-мантра «РАМ» – очень сильная защитная мантра. Согласно учению йогов, сжигает все грехи и последствия кармы.
По мнению некоторых источников Рама, как седьмая аватара Вишну «призван отстоять достоинство брака, как выражения вечной и неразрывной связи между мужем и женой». Поэтому мантра, воспевающая Рамачандру, помогает установить гармонию, мир и счастье между супругами.

Мантра Сарасвати
Сарасвати (санскр. सरस्‍‍‍वती — «богатая водами», букв. перевод — «текущая река») – богиня мудрости, знаний, просвещения, красноречия, искусства, творчества и красоты. Некоторые из имен Сарасвати переводятся, как «дающая существование», «властительница речи и жизни», «высшее знание», в славянской традиции имя богини звучит «Царасвати» и означает «Царственный Свет», а также представляет собой аспект богини Тары.
В «Ригведе» Сарасвати посвящены три гимна, как о богине великой реки древних ариев.
«Она благодатна, полноводна, стремительна; течет из горы к морю; ее поток величием превосходит все другие воды; вода ее чиста, своими волнами Сарасвати разрушает горные вершины. Заполняет воздушное и все другие пространства. Ее просят спуститься с неба, с великой горы и принять участие в жертвоприношении; она называется асурской и божественной, что говорит о ее небесном происхождении.»

Наварна-мантрa – поклонение божеству Чамунде (тёмному яростному проявлению Дурги), победительнице демонов. Мантра для разрушения зла, злых намерений, посланного негатива.

В Шри Садашива Чаритамрите Вишну Датта Мишры Шастри говорится: «Шива сказал: «Ты обладаешь тремя мистическими биджа-мантрами: «АЙМ», «ХРИМ» и «КЛИМ», и добавил еще слова «ЧАМУНДАЙЯЙ ВИЧЧХЕ». Выполнение джапы этой мантры пробуждает сиддхи».

Чамунда – это проявление Дурги, которая проявила себя определенным образом для того, чтобы победить демонов. Следовательно, к богине Дурге обращаются как к Чамунде, как к одной из страшнейших и беспощадных ипостасей Дурги. На всех мурти Чамунда изображается чёрной, многорукой и уродливой женщиной, часто – старухой. Чамунда – тантрический персонаж, и ей в свое время строили храмы в Индии

In The Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings®, query text is parsed using a grammar similar to the Google grammar. For example, double-quoted phrases in query text such as the following are treated as phrases in a search: «yoga of awareness»

If the search term is lower-case, this implies no preference for case, and the search engine executes a case-insensitive query. If the query uses any capital letters, it executes a case-sensitive query.

Here is a list of supported constraints. The first five are also part of the Facet list on the left panel of the Search page. When you click one of the facet values, it is automatically AND ed to the search expression.

Here is an example of how you can put The Yogi Bhajan Library of Teachings® search grammar and constraints together to form a more complex and powerful query.

Let’s say you are looking for a lecture that Yogi Bhajan gave in the first half of 1991, where he spoke about Guru Ram Das. You know that the lecture was given either in Espanola or Los Angeles, and that it was not a Gurdwara lecture. Plus, you only want to see lectures where you can watch the video. Here is a query that will return the results that you want:

If this statement looks completely confusing, just keep reading. It’s not as bad as it looks.

The main expression is between the outside parentheses and » AND s» the four separate sub-expressions together. Each of these separate search expressions must be satisfied for a lecture to be returned in the results.

media:video restricts the search to only lectures which have video.

As you can see, even complex queries are manageable if you construct them expression by expression. Try it out yourself!
